ATTENTION MUSIC, WINE, TEA, DESSERT AND CHURCH LOVERS! We need your help providing and enjoying wine, tea and dessert items on two upcoming Saturday nights (June 6 and June 27) at Grace Church. Come and “sip, savor, and support” before and after Salish Sea. These fund raising events will be held before and after Salish Sea concerts at our church, so come and enjoy a lovely evening out. Make it a date night, or just treat yourself to a lovely, full evening of music and decadent food and drink while supporting our church and community.

Why are we raising funds? Mother Myra+, Phyllis M. Potter, and Paul Porath will be attending the College for Congregational Development in August the next two years. We have applied for and received scholarships from our Diocese of $900, but we need to raise $1,500 more this year, and an equal amount next year. Donations of cash, bottles of wine, tea bags, and desserts are welcome for both events, or to fund our tuition. This is a required training for our parish, but also an opportunity to learn and grow, and bring back vital communication and organizational development tools to benefit our church and our community. Please support our events generously with your baking, donations, and presence. A donation basket is in the church office, and a sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin board.
